Toni Monné is a journalist and has always been tied to different cuisine and gastronomy publications. He founded and directed two of the most popular Spanish cuisine magazines (Cocina Fácil and Comer Bien) for over ten years. He has also directed the magazine Lecturas Especial Cocina, the minibooks collection “Con Mucho Gusto” and has been an editorial consultant of Comer y Beber. He is the author of Barcelona Gastronomía y Cocina and co-author of Emoción en el plato, Del huerto a la mesa, Del bosque a la mesa, Quesos y Paisajes and Los mejores bocadillos del mundo.
